Summary

Our project focuses on workplace wellbeing. We are trying to solve the issue of a lack of effective communication and meaningful interactions within the workplace that puts employees wellbeing at risk. Our project is an application that will be used by both employees and management to foster communication and positive interactions that support workplace wellbeing. We learned that the health care sector and millennials are at risk for low levels of wellbeing in the workplace, thus they will be our target users. Moving forward we hope to expand our application to other workplace settings and age groups.
