Olga Shcherbyna

Olga Shcherbyna is Founder and Director of DiversityClues Consulting, with 20 years of experience working with local governments and public institutions. A community planner by background, she specializes in strategic planning, equity planning, and cross-sectoral collaboration that challenges systemic inequalities and breaks down silos. Olga holds an MSc. in Economics from Odessa State Economic University and an MSc. in Community Planning from SCARP, UBC, and is a co-author of two book chapters and multiple articles on innovative social planning practices. Originally from Ukraine, she now calls Vancouver home.
