Michael Yue

Michael Yue believes in the power of collaboration. In his 26 years of administrative career at Vancouver Community College (VCC), Michael has established an extensive network of partners that forms the backbone of many successful innovative projects, worth millions of dollars in funding. As leader, he cherishes the individual expertise of project team members and ensures that they are provided with adequate resources and opportunities to perform to their capacity. Beyond VCC, Michael has served on the boards (including president positions) of various non-profit organizations, such as the Western Canada Career Development Association, Intercultural Women’s Maker Society, and Cinevolution Media Arts Society. He is married and the proud guardian of a lovely dog called Eddie.
